Refund policy and right of withdrawal

If CoreCohort Pro is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase with the licence key and we refund the full amount to the original payment method. The licence is then revoked.

This applies to the first payment of a licence. Renewals are not refundable once the new period has started, because you get a reminder and can cancel at any time before, but if a renewal went through by mistake, write to us within 14 days and we will sort it out.

How long it takes

We issue the refund through Mollie within two working days of your email. Depending on your bank, it appears on your statement within 5 to 10 working days.

Statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, send us a clear statement (an email is enough) to the address below. You may use the model form at the end of this page but need not. To meet the deadline it is enough to send the statement before the period ends.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same means of payment you used.

Because a licence key is digital content delivered at once, we ask for your express consent at checkout that delivery starts immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the key is issued (§ 356(5) BGB). Our 14-day refund above applies regardless, so in practice you are not worse off.
